Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and update it if it changes.

• Emoris uses a pay-per-use credit system. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable and priced at USD 0.10 each (min. 50 credits per purchase).
• Credits are consumed when you run a product (e.g. generate an image, publish a post). The credit cost per product is listed in the app and may change with notice.
• Unused credits expire 24 months after purchase.
• Credits are not currency, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money except as required by law or under our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe or Paddle. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable VAT/GST, which will be added at checkout when required. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal, deceptive, harmful or infringing content, no spam, no reverse engineering, no abuse of our infrastructure.

You retain ownership of everything you upload to or generate with Emoris. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display your content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the legality of the content you publish through Emoris to third-party platforms.

Emoris connects to social networks, storefronts and other tools. Those platforms have their own terms and can change or restrict access at any time. We are not liable for actions or outages of third parties.

The Emoris software, branding, docs and design are owned by Emoris sp. z o.o. You may not copy, resell, sublicense or create derivative works without written permission.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. Sections that by their nature survive termination (payment, IP, liability) remain in force.

The service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emoris’s total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be submitted to the courts competent for the registered seat of Emoris, unless mandatory consumer law directs otherwise.
