Acceptable Use Policy

• Illegal content of any kind, including CSAM, terrorist content and content that infringes third-party rights.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats or content that promotes violence against people or groups.
• Sexually explicit content, unless clearly permitted by every connected platform and legal in your jurisdiction.
• Deceptive content — impersonation, deepfakes designed to mislead, or fabricated endorsements.
• Medical, legal or financial advice presented as verified professional advice.

• Spamming, bulk unsolicited outreach or artificially inflating engagement on connected platforms.
• Coordinated inauthentic behaviour across multiple accounts.
• Reverse engineering, scraping or overloading the Emoris API beyond documented rate limits.
• Attempting to access accounts, data or systems that do not belong to you.
• Introducing malware, phishing links or other malicious payloads.

• Do not use AI outputs to defraud, defame or deceive.
• Do not generate content that impersonates a real person without their consent.
• Follow the disclosure rules of every platform where AI-generated content is published.

When you publish through Emoris to a third-party platform (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.) you must follow that platform’s policies. Violations can result in your connected account being suspended by that platform.

Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. Include URLs, account names and any evidence. We respond within 24 hours on business days.

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, suspend features, terminate your account or cooperate with law enforcement. We reserve the right to act without prior notice when needed to protect users, third parties or our infrastructure.
