Privacy Policy
Emoris sp. z o.o. (‘Emoris’, ‘we’, ‘us’) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use emoris.app, why we collect it, how we use it and the rights you have under the GDPR and other applicable laws.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect what we need to provide and improve the service:
- Account data: first name, email address, hashed password.
- Billing data: purchase history and credit balance. Card details are processed by our PSP and never stored by Emoris.
- Content data: posts, captions, images and connected social accounts you add to your workspace.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages visited and features used.
- Communications: support tickets, chats and emails you send us.
3. Why we use your data
- To provide, secure and operate the Emoris platform.
- To process purchases of credits and deliver products you buy.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, product changes).
- To improve features, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
- To send marketing updates — only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest — to secure the platform and improve the product.
- Consent — for optional analytics cookies and marketing emails.
- Legal obligation — accounting, tax and law-enforcement requests.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your workspace is active and for up to 24 months after deletion for legal and accounting purposes. Content you delete is removed from backups within 30 days.
7. Your rights
- Access, rectify or erase your data.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO) or your local authority.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is limited by role, protected by SSO and MFA, and logged for audit. We follow SOC 2-aligned processes and regularly test our systems.
9. Changes to this policy
We will notify you by email or in-app before any material change takes effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
